1、可通过更换工装(zhuang)实现多种直径的不(bu)锈钢(gang)半圆(yuan)球(qiu)自(zi)动焊(han)接(jie)成圆(yuan)球(qiu)。

2、当半圆(yuan)球尺寸精度有细微差异时,可根据CCD拍(pai)摄的影像自动调(diao)节X、Y、Z方向(xiang)氩弧焊焊枪的位(wei)置。

3、焊(han)枪(qiang)由铝合金支(zhi)架固(gu)定,X、Y、Z三个方向(xiang)由伺服电机及丝杆控制,焊(han)枪(qiang)支(zhi)架可以90°自(zi)由旋转,使焊(han)枪(qiang)能够在(zai)垂直位置和(he)水平位置以及中(zhong)间任意角度进行调整和(he)固(gu)定。

4、自动(dong)焊接模(mo)(mo)式下,焊枪能够重复自动(dong)定位(wei);手动(dong)焊接模(mo)(mo)式下,焊枪能够在X、Y、Z方向通过单独的旋钮开关进行微调(diao)控制,伺服电机有(you)上下限位(wei)保护,移(yi)动(dong)速度可调(diao)整。

5、通(tong)过触(chu)摸屏对所有参数进行(xing)调节,由PLC程序控制焊机电源的(de)开关、焊枪位置的(de)调整、卡(ka)盘转(zhuan)速以及焊接时间。





1.The stainless steel semi-circular ball with various diameters can be automatically welded into a round ball by changing the tooling.

2.When there is a slight difference in the size accuracy of semi-circular ball, the position of argon arc welding torch in x, y and z directions can be automatically adjusted according to the image taken by CCD.

3.The welding gun is fixed by aluminum alloy bracket. The x, y and z directions are controlled by servo motor and screw rod. The welding gun bracket can rotate freely at 90°to adjust and fix the welding gun in vertical position, horizontal position and any angle in the middle.

4.In the automatic welding mode, the welding gun can perform the automatic positioning repeatedly; in the manual welding mode, the welding gun can be fine-tuning controlled by a separate knob switch in the x, y, z directions; at the same time, the servo motor has upper and lower limit protection, and the moving speed can be adjusted.

5.All parameters are adjusted by touch screen. PLC program controls the power switch of welding machine, adjustment of welding torch position, chuck speed and welding time.
